Anime Apocalypse is an Anime convention running four years strong that strives to bring the most fun filled and rewarding experience to everyone, from Exhibit hall vendors and Special guests to the fans and attendees that make hosting such an event all the more worthwhile.

    My name is Robert Grimwood. I am Co-Chair of Marketing for EvilleCon. EvilleCon is a anime convention in Evansville, Indiana. EvilleCon is on March 18-20 2016. Our website is http://www.EvilleCon.com. I am sending you this email because I have two offers for you.
    The first offer is a Flier swap. We have a free flier table that we will put out your fliers if we can do the same at your convention.
    The second offer is to advertise in our program. Every attendee will receive our program. We had over 2000 attendees last year. We are planning for 2500 for this year. One page in our program is 4.25″ x 5.5″. Our pricing scale is as follow.

  2. I was wondering if there was itinerary for the dates of the con, if so could you please email me them or show me where to find them? If this information is going to be posted on the site or already is, could you pleases tell me?

  3. If the itinerary for the 2016 con isn’t going to be posted on this site, is there a better way to get it contact with you or a place where I can get more information?

    1. The schedule will eventually be posted to the website, it’s just too far out from the actual date of the convention to have all of that finalized at this point in time.

      Weekend at door reg = $35.00
      Friday = $25.00
      Saturday = $30.00
      Sunday = $20.00

      ** Weekend pre-reg is by far the best price for what you get out of it.

    1. Each day has a different cost.
      Friday = $25.00
      Saturday = $30.00
      Sunday = $20.00
      If you only buy a day badge and want to come back on another day, you will charged the full cost of the second badge purchased. We highly recommend buying a weekend badge even if you only plan on going Friday and Sunday because it is cheaper, if you want to go multiple days, to get a weekend badge. Even more savings if you purchase your badge online before the con.
      Weekend at door = $35.00 (+$10.00 of Friday cost / +$5.00 of Saturday cost)
      Weekend pre-reg = $30.00 (+$5.00 of Friday cost / same as Saturday cost)

  5. I’m the president of my school’s anime club and all of us would like to go to this convention. I’m wondering, is there a group price?

    I was wondering how much of the convention is indoor? For cosplay purposes.

    1. the entire convention is indoors, but there are many great spots outside for photo ops. If you have cosplays that would cool in a snowy scene, I highly recommend bringing them

  8. Are there free passes for younger children or do they still have to pay the regular badge price? My sister is 5 and I want to know if she would get in free or not because other cons sometimes offer that

  9. We applied for a panel : death note mafia when we applied we weren’t sure about the time so we said conservatively one hour. We have since done this panel at CAD. It was a success with over 50 in attendance and we could have easily gone 2-3 hours. So if are panel were to be accepted we would gladly do longer than an hour.

    1. we can do group discounts, but it depends on the size of the group. we’d be willing to do a $20 weekend badge for a group of 20+

    Are children 10 and under have to pay full ticket price for one day? Please and thank you.
